With over two decades of experience in the property sector, Clinton’s primary focus has been Brisbane’s inner-city market. Specialising in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property, he has successfully negotiated more than 1,000 transactions.

Ben joined Elders Commercial in 2015 as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to Principal Clinton Mallan, gaining firsthand exposure to the marketing, negotiation, and execution of commercial sales and leasing campaigns.

After transitioning into an agency role in 2016, Ben quickly established himself within Brisbane’s commercial property market. In 2021, he was promoted to Senior Commercial Leasing and Sales Agent, taking on a leadership role within the South Fringe team while continuing to deliver strong results for clients.
Working alongside Charlie Greentree, Ben specialises in Brisbane’s southern fringe commercial precincts, including West End, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, East Brisbane, Greenslopes and Coorparoo.

Drawing on experience across both operational and front-line agency roles, Ben combines strategic market knowledge with a practical, results-driven approach to leasing and sales. He consistently manages a high volume of transactions, averaging more than 70 deals annually, and is known for his ability to execute campaigns efficiently while achieving strong commercial outcomes for property owners, investors and occupiers.

Charlie joined the Elders Commercial Brisbane team in 2022 while completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Since entering the commercial property industry, he has built a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results across sales and leasing transactions throughout Brisbane’s southern fringe.

Working alongside Associate Director Ben Hackett, Charlie specialises in the West End, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba, East Brisbane, Greenslopes and Coorparoo markets. His expertise spans office, retail and industrial assets, with a particular focus on identifying opportunities, creating competitive campaigns and negotiating successful outcomes for clients.

Known for his proactive approach and in-depth market knowledge, Charlie combines data-driven advice with clear communication to help property owners, investors and occupiers make informed decisions. His commitment to building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service has seen him achieve consistent success in a highly competitive market.

Will joined the Elders Commercial Brisbane team in 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology. With a background in valuations, he brings strong analytical capability and a detailed understanding of market dynamics.

He now works as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent, specialising in Brisbane’s northern and western fringe. His focus includes Milton, Paddington, Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe, Albion and New Farm.

Will is focused on building long-term relationships and delivering successful outcomes through clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. His passion for the property industry and dedication to achieving results have quickly established him as a valued member of the Elders Commercial Brisbane team.

As a Commercial Property Consultant with Elders Commercial Brisbane, Harry specialises in the western and northern inner-city precincts. Working alongside Will Kennedy, his key areas of focus include Milton, Paddington, Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe, New Farm and Albion.
